ISSEI GCGN MINNOW is a mid-size jerkbait that imitates the dying baitfish action, differently from other jerkbaits.  ISSEI created this movement by accident from a poorly made prototype, and brought outstanding results.  The volume of the chamber is concentrated in the front and the balance is unstable.  When jerking or twitching, the internal weight moves randomly from front to back to create the effect of a small fish that is dying.
